Disclosure Statement Regarding Security Cameras Located in the Antalya Private Nursing Home and Elderly Care Center Service Building

This disclosure statement has been prepared by Hakay Private Nursing Home and Elderly Care Center Medical Industry and Trade Limited Company (hereinafter referred to as the COMPANY), acting as the data controller, in accordance with Article 10 of Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data and the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles to be Followed in Fulfilling the Disclosure Obligation.

A total of 46 security cameras located within our service building, including the entrance doors, building exterior, dining hall, cafeteria, visitor waiting room, warehouse, parking lot, and floor corridors, record images and audio. These recordings are monitored by the IT department to ensure the security of the building and Company’s assets, ensure the safety of the elderly and their families, facilitate legal action in the event of any disputes, and facilitate the provision of these images and audio recordings for dispute resolution.

The personal data in question is processed automatically based on the legal grounds set forth in Article 5 of the Law: “Data Processing is Necessary for the Data Controller to Fulfill its Legal Obligations” and “Data Processing is Necessary for the Data Controller’s Legitimate Interests, Provided That It Does Not Harm the Fundamental Rights and Freedoms of the Data Subject.”

The personal data in question may be transferred to judicial authorities or relevant law enforcement agencies upon request for the resolution of legal disputes or in accordance with relevant legislation.
